Totally upset with your company and its policies

Sending me a new product The wubble ball lasted a few hours and it burst. My grandson at the time was only 2 1/2 so he couldnt of had the ability to destroy this ball at that age. He was enjoying himself while he was playing with it. I would like a new one as per your policy.

I would like a replacement wubble ball. Your policy is a lifetime replacement policy. (guarantee)! I have the product, the box and the receipt. I just wish someone would at least get back to me.

Ball popped after ONE day of indoor use

Bought this Wubble at Target. It popped after one day of indoor use. I went to the Wubble site to check the warranty and WHAT KIND OF "WARRANTY" IS THIS? They actually want the consumer to send in 6.99, then wait SIX TO EIGHT weeks for the replacement. PLUS, they are claiming that USPS is holding their wubble balls from getting to them so all we can do it wait those 6 to 8 weeks and the whole time we should blame it on the USPS. My five year old was really excited to play with this ball but seriously, why would I wait 6 to 8 weeks and send them MORE money to replace something that is defective when I could return it to the store for a refund or exchange and pay nothing more?

Bubble ball

I recently bought a wubble ball for my kids. I had gotten it from target for 20 dollars. It had inflated perfectly fine, and was fun for about 20 minutes until it popped, INSIDE. I had made sure there wasn't anything sharp to pop it before I let them play. It was sad to see my 2 kids bawl because the toy broke. Sent in a check and everything required for replacement 5 months ago, and I still haven't gotten a replacement back from them yet. Warranty is a scam, and I will possibly start a class action lawsuit against NSI International. The products slogan should be: It looks like a bubble, it plays like a bubble, and it pops like a bubble! Don't use this product because it is a scam, and company is too greedy to care about giving you a replacement, return the product to the store you got it from instead of getting a replacement from the company.

Bought the Wubble Bubble May 28,2016. On July 5,2016 sent a check for $6.99 to replace. Check cleared bank on August 22, 2016 and here it is October 3, 2016 & still no replacement. Very disappointed with the whole Wubble Bubble product and would not recommend it at all.

Purchased a Wubble Bubble and it popped the same day. Sent in item with money for warranty in January and still have not received a replacement - it is now June. Emails are not returned and customer service number (difficult to locate) left me with no info other than to keep calling if it is not received.

My daughters wubble lasted about 3 months. Longer than most reviews I have read. I sent away for a replacement and haven't received anything yet. Of course they cashed the check. After about three weeks of them taking the money I contacted NSI by email. They actually emailed me back same day! They wanted my address to see what was going on with my order. I sent email back with info. It has been two weeks since then. No response!

No show replacement

My son received this toy as a gift this Christmas. After playing with this toy for 20 minutes, my son popped it accidentally. In the box is included an envelope that tell you how to request a replacement wubble if it breaks. I followed the directions precisely for sending in the nub of the ball, a check for replacement fee, and neatly filled out the envelope. It says they will process it quickly. And send the replacement within a week of receiving the request and check. That was two months ago. When I sent in the stuff, I figured it was as cheap a promise as the toy itself. Suspicion confirmed. The fact that they HAVE instructions for what to do "if" their product breaks should have been my first clue that this was a silly company that in all likelihood would not deliver a quality response.

Wubble Bubble Ball warranty replacement scam

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

In Dec 2014, I purchased a Wubble Bubble ball at Toys-R-Us for my child at a cost of $20 USD which included 1 ball and 1 blower (which is the same blower one can buy elsewhere for inflating pool accessories). Less than 2 weeks of indoor, supervised (non-rough) playing, the ball POPPED.

Inside the toy's box was a card that offered a "warranty replacement" for $7 through "NSI International." The card claimed I should not return the failed Wubble toy to the store but, instead, pay NSI International a fee to replace it. We all know this is entirely an untrue scam, as Toys-R-Us would have certainly provided a full refund.

Nevertheless, I visited their website on 5-January-2015 http://guarantee.wubbleball.com/ and paid the $7 via credit card online. Despite taking my money, I have yet to receive the product as of 04-Februrary-2015.

Emails to help@***.com take 2 weeks to receive a (unprofessional) reply and only offer apologies for the delay ... but no delivery date or assurance.

I bought the Wubble Ball bright, the box says Lifetime Replacement guarantee on the box. When I called to have it replaced (because surprise, it popped within minutes of using it) they told me they "made a mistake" by putting that lifetime guarantee notice on the box!

They said that was a mistake and they are not guaranteeing the Wubble Ball bright. WTF!!??

Guest

I too had the same experience. No replacement after sending a check for $7 and as requested, I cut the symbol seal near the valve. Totally disappointed

Guest

I agree...this product was so disappointing. When we blew it up, there was already *** in it.

We immediately had to use a patch.

My granddaughter played with it for about an hour, indoors in a carpeted room, and it got another hole in it. We just bought it yesterday at Target and will try to return it there!

Guest

Wow I am going through the same issues. Sent the check and the part they needed back in February and still no wubble ball.

Guest

I had no issues with getting my kids wubble ball replaced. It was supper fast. I mailed it April 4,2016 and received the new one on April 22,2016, my kids are HAPPY.

Guest

I did Exactly the same ! I sent a check which cleared in my account of February 2016, today April 14th, 2016 still haven't received anything and my email was never responded.

Guest

We ordered the replacement Wubble Bubble Ball for $7 and after a few months received a replacement that had several small holes!! Sick of this company!

Guest

The same thing happened to me! We ordered from Toys R Us 3/15 and we still have NOT received the replacement as of 12/15!

After numerous calls to what sounded like an old basement phone, no one would return our calls. This was a TOTAL SCAM!

Guest

Same thing if not worse happened to me!! They went as far as to keep replying back and forth as if they actually were going to do something for me to make me a happy customer lmao...

I told them all I wanted was my money back. All of our friends have been scammed already and none of us were interested in new replacement balls and we certainly were not sending any more money and they actually had the nerve to say that they had no proof that I purchased a ball. When I forwarded a copy of my receipt to show proof of purchase and replied that they had no other excuses I never heard anything else back.

That company is the biggest scam. Unfortunately I do not have social media of any kind or I would

Blast them all over social media and let the whole world what scammers wubble bubble is about.

Guest

We are experiencing the same thing although we are only about 2 months into trying to get a replacement. I sent them the provided envelope with a check over 8 weeks and have sent their company 2 emails in which I have received NO response.

It's frustrating because my 7 year old son runs out every day to the mailbox in the hopes that it's come and is disappointed every time.

Very, very poor customer service!!

WUBBLE BALL SCAM

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I purchased a Wubble Ball from Walmart. My daughter did just like the commercial that shows a kid sitting on the ball, ball never went outside, it popped. I followed the directions of returning the ball with my check. I still haven't received my ball. Company is not as good company and cannot stand up to their word. They do not have any inventory to send out replacement ball. They keep saying 3-5 weeks before they get their inventory. I will look for company name of NSI International before purchasing their prodects again. They do not keep their lifetime guarantee. It is almost September I have been doing this since mid July and it said 7-10 dayss. False! False! False! company........

Same experience. It is always in the mail.

Funny the postal service hasn't lost any other shipments sent to me. It seems that the Wubble company places their balls into a return vent which goes back into their warehouse instead of the postal box!

Complete and utter scam - Wubble Bubble Warranty

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
On 06-JANUARY, I provided an online payment via credit card for the so-called Wubble Bubble Warranty Replacement product. Despite numerous emails with their SOLE (one person) customer service "department" at help@***.com, as of 22-FEBRUARY, I am still without the product or reimbursement of the funds taken from my credit card. Numerous weeks pass between receiving replies from HELP@***.com, despite being told that the replacement product is "in the mail". No tracking# has been provided, despite being told that one would be provided. It's my assumption that this is NOT a professional organization behind the Wubble Ball ... but, rather, a sole person working out of their garage or basement. How else can one explain the utter lack of professionalism, follow-up and commitment one would otherwise expect from a TV-advertised product such as Wubble Ball?!

They did the same thing here. Ordered back un october.

Still havent got anything. They say it will be shipped in tge next six weeks.

How long so they need? That will make it 4+months!

Guest

I ordered from them online they charged my card and NEVER

SENT THE PRODUCT. Stay away. Worst scam ever.

Guest

I have been waiting since 4/5/15 for them to replace the wubble ball. I requested them to mail my check back in June 2015 (via email).

It is now mid-October 2015 and has been 6 months.

I have requested them to mail my check back again.

I would not buy this product again and I don't want the replacement. We have now had 2 of them (while waiting on replacement I bought the kids another one) and they both deflated without having any issues and the kids only played with it for 48 hours.

Guest

I sent back the cut out as requested, with a check back in May. The check has been cashed and it is now the end of July with no replacement. You should not cash the check until ready to ship!!

Guest

2015-March: The Wubble replacement product FINALLY arrived ... including an extra ball for the aforementioned inconvenience ...

and EACH one deflated entirely within 1 - 2 days without being touched by a child. How is that even possible, when the original (store-bought) one lasted for months?!

I am left to assume that their "warranty dept" sent me defective products; especially in consideration of the large amount of time it took between taking my payment and receiving the “warranty” replacement.

Buyer beware! If you purchase a Wubble Bubble Ball, do not expect it to last very long - even with indoor safe usage - and do not bother with their warranty service WHEN it breaks.

Take the product back to the store, contrary to what Wubble asks which demands a payment, as stores like Toys-R-Us will absolutely provide you with a replacement ... at the expense of NSI International instead of the consumer.

Guest

Hello. We are very sorry you are having/had issue.

We were overloaded with mail and email after christmas. The reason we had issues is because the USPS has been holding our mail for anywhere from 3 to 8 weeks for no reason making it extremely challenging to get product out on-time.

credit cards are not supposed to be charged until the product is shipped so please email us immediately at help@***.com, attn SCOTT. and we will look into it and take care of it right away.

It's one thing you sell a completely fraudulent product that receives 90% negative reviews online. I bought 2 wobbles and each popped after 20 minutes of safe play.

But you honestly expect the customers you already screwed over once, to believe that for no reason at all the Post Office was just holding your mail? Do yourselves a favor and don't insult our intelligence
